Where a reading occurs and a connection is not made the myself or other reader will offer you the opportunity to end the reading without a charge.

In the instance you do not feel comfortable with the myself or other reader you hold the right to cancel the reading within the first 5 minutes without any charge occurring. Although it may feel awkward, it is important that you are happy therefore please do not feel that you are unable to say, no offence will be taken therefore please tell myself or other Reader that you are not connecting and request to end the session and a refund will be given.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Should your reading run over your requested time the additional charges will be required to be paid at the end of the reading which will meet the standard rates set out below:
