The booking system will give an option for booking a reading on behalf of another person.

Unfortunately, this is not something that I carry out unless a group reading is booked specifically this is due to the blending of energy as the reading may end up being for the other person rather than yourself!

Within a group booking there is a requirement to have a separate space to carry out the reading with the individual outside of others

All readings are booked for a set time with the payment in advance. Should you miss your time slot you will need to make another booking.

With online bookings, telephone and face to face readings the booking will be held open for 15 minutes then cancelled and the space offered to another person.

In the instance where something occurs with the booking due to an unexpected and unpreventable situation on the part of the reader. The reading will be re-scheduled to another time suited to the questioner.

Where the questioner requests a recording of the reading, this can be carried out at an additional charge as the work involved in uploading the recording and editing to issue via the website will take additional time. Recordings in the reading are not permitted other than the questioner writing notes.

If it is not possible to make a connection during the reading or where the questioner feels that they are not connected, the questioner should let the reader know.

The reading will be ended within the first 15 minutes.

This is rare and usually occurs where the questioner blocks the connection therefore it is recommended that the questioner relaxes and opens up to the experience prior to the booking.

Where the connection does not occur and cancellation of the reading occurs within 15mins a partial refund will occur where it is not possible to continue with the reading.

After 15mins the payment will not be refunded.

A reading connection with the questioner ends once the reading ends,

I do not hold the information as it is not my information to hold. All readings are given with confidentiality and not shared unless the reading is specifically one that is shared on YouTube or via my website which is specifically agreed in advance.

If the questioner selects this reading, the questioner is agreeing in advance to share their information on the public platform.

Due to the nature of readings when the questioner has subsequent readings, I am not shown previous readings unless the information is shared within the subsequent readings.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to answer questions or additional queries via email therefore after a reading therefore a further booking should be considered to re-visit the reading to answer queries or questions.
